CVAF

CVAF has been working closely with the Representative Office of Victoria for the Jiangsu Provincial Government from the Peoples Republic of China to develop an agritourism focused delegation to introduce delegates to the Central Victorian Region and Regional Victoria. 

As such we hosted an educational event in their honor that will brought together leading local agribusinesses and stakeholders to hear about the tour, to hear from the Jiangsu Government Representative and also from the Lead Delegate who will offer insights into their business; a Chinese Hot Pot Franchise with over 500 restaurants globally. 

Also we secured one more key note speaker Dr Pangzhen Zhang who delivered our delegates a unique insight, in both English and Mandarin languages, about his exclusive Victorian based exciting research project about Shiraz wine, its flavor components and profile with particular focus on the perceived quality by the discerning Chinese palate, and later the possible introduction of special wine app that allows Chinese consumers to identify the flavor profile of wines they like, from particular vineyards in Victoria, that have the desired qualities.

Mr. Huang is integral to building trade opportunities within the Chinese government organisation and introduces delegation and bilateral trade opportunities for Victoria and China.
